Service/Documentation

For us, service means a lot more than simply being available for repairs and emergencies. That is obvious. Over the years we have developed a wide range of services: 

• Technical advice (pre- and post-sale) 
• Formulation of technical interpretations 
• 2D and 3D product data generation for integration in customer drawings 
• Documentation, e.g. customer or application specific replacement part drawings 
• Calculation services 
• Test bench experiments 
• Damage appraisal and documentation

• On site repairs 
• Fast replacement part deliveries

Maintenance or small repairs can easily be carried out by yourselves due to the well thought through designs. To simplify this work, we have compiled spare parts lists in 3D form together with parts lists in the service area. These are available for nearly all gear unit types and are being continuously expanded. Please be aware however, that the labelling in the parts lists refers to standard gear units. For customized gear units, the components used may vary. 
For clarification please contact our service department and inform them of the serial number which can be found on the name plate.
